The NCBA Diversity & Inclusion Department serves to highlight and support the value of diversity, equity and inclusion in the NCBA, the North Carolina Bar Foundation and throughout the legal profession. The department offers trainings, resources, diversity initiatives, and committee support throughout the organization and strives to bring a voice of belonging, equity and inclusion to the work of the NCBA+NCBF.
